Today's Service
When you are taking pictures of nameplates, do the top floor appliances first, then work down. So a 3 story house with 2 fridges, the first pic you upload should be the one from the higher floor, for instance.
Explain to customer how our service works
:
Audits include assessments and education, and a free report. If customer wants service/installs done:
1. They get to pick what areas they want us to work on from the menu below. Descriptions of the services we do in those areas are below the menu.
2. Service is billed on an hourly basis.
3. Products (e.g., LED bulbs) are sold separately, and we try to match local retail prices.
4. They get to test out any products we install before we leave and make sure they love them. If you're doing an audit and they want a trial run, they can give us a deposit on the products installed. Note those on the audit paperwork.

Fridge Nameplate(s)
Just get a pic of the nameplate of the fridge (usually inside). Make sure the year, make, model, etc., are legible. And remember, top floor fridge first, then the other pics are the floors below. If there are two on the same floor, do the one in the main kitchen first.
